Second Try: Filter for GPS Reception Errors

So we run rideplot again with --speed-cutoff=25 (25 mph max).

rideplot --color --brush-width=2 --speed-cutoff=25 < infile > outfile

This improves the colors. But too much is shown in yellow. We'll get a little better emphasis of the faster portions of the ride if we lower the cutoff to 20mph.

Maximum travelled speed was 22mph so that will drop some data points. A visual inspection shows we can get away with it...
